Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale may not be eligible for return.

  • Discounted, clearance, or promotional sale items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Accessories and inner garments (for hygiene reasons).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Only one exchange per order will be permitted.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
